A M Nurul Islam, also known as Nurul Islam Anu, was a renowned Bangladeshi politician and bureaucrat who passed away in 2017. He began his illustrious career in 1963 by joining the Civil Services of Pakistan. Throughout his career, he held various prestigious civil administrative positions in the governments of Pakistan and Bangladesh.
